Warm cinnamon raisin bread fresh from the oven is such a comforting treat. This version is made super easy with Pamela’s bread mix as a base and is bread maker tested.
3 1/2 cups Pamela’s bread mix
1/3 cup oil
1 packet quick rising yeast
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup raisins
2 teaspoons cinnamon
In a 2 cup measuring cup, add oil, followed by 2 eggs. Then fill to the 2 cup mark with warm, but not hot, water.
Add 2 additional tablespoons of water. Add the liquid components to the bread maker.
Slowly add the Pamela’s mix on top of the liquid in the baking pan. Make a small well in the flour mix and place the yeast inside.
Turn the bread maker onto 2 lb loaf, medium crust and fruit and nut setting.
In a bowl mix the sugar, cinnamon, and raisins.
